I've a CVA optima in stainless-steel. I even have the black horn 209 breech plug. I load a hundred grains by quantity of Blackhorn 209 having a 250 grain Barnes bullet. I have found that you actually need to use a fantastic primer. Usually do not use the primers made for black powder as this is simply not black powder. I use the CCI magnum primers
